Outdoor Premier | Regional Select Academy Instruction:
Players are instructed in the basics of successful outdoor skills and tactics with an emphasis on Rules Comprehension, Trapping & First Touches, Shooting, Possession Play, hits, receptions, push passes, lifts, sweeps, spins, first touch, deflections, tackling, and circle play.
Practices are structured to prioritize information that is most relevant to the athlete. We work to create urgency in practice. Athletes are expected to take ownership of their level of performance on a given day and be prepared to be held accountable to a standard consistent with their capabilities.
